We use simple questionnaires that will help us to identify the level of risk that your current ill-health and weight gain is associated with your nutrition and lifestyle.  From there we will discuss with you whether you need to begin with some basic changes to your current nutrition and lifestyle habits or whether through the degree of ill-health you have and the amount of weight you have to lose requires more advanced and in-depth nutritional advice.  

 

If this is the case for you, we will advice you start with our nutrition programs.  

 

For those with medical conditions or suffering from the effects of chronic stress our nutrition programs may need to be supported with the information obtained by performing some simple lab tests.  We would then be able to advise that you consider finding out more about the range of advanced testing we offer.
