We emphasize making nutrition and lifestyle changes that are realistic and permanent. There are many different things to work on that can be worked on one at a time.
We will provide you with access to our members only, online personal training website to complete 3 simple questionnaires in advance of your Nutrition and Lifestyle consultation. The questionnaires can be completed simply and in a matter of minutes, each answer is saved automatically and there is no need to send it to us, as soon as you record an answer the system will show us how much you have completed.

Our Nutrition and Lifestyle questionnaire allows you to see a summary graph of the total nutrition and lifestyle load on you. Individual sections show low, medium and high risk.

Once complete we will have a better understanding of what your current needs are. The Nutrition and Lifestyle questionnaire will cover the answers to your questionnaires and taking in to consideration your goals we will factor in the key findings from sections;
We will discuss how to make nutrition and lifestyle a bigger priority in your life. We will look at many simple changes such as;
Then putting all this together we will design a personalised diet plan containing up to 300 foods. Your list of foods is further customised using specialised nutrition software. This software caters for 7500 medical and health conditions is based upon current medical and scientific research preventing cross interference and produces a truly customised and unique diet plan.
The Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation also includes;
We will be able to see whether you need to focus more on hard work whilst you identify the right nutrition plan for you or maybe you need a more gentle approach and require exercises that help you gain energy as you modify your diet. We can also recommend stress reduction and energy balance daily exercises based on the findings of the questionnaire. Exercises will be chosen based upon the areas of your body suffering the effects of stress. Exercises that add energy to the hormonal and digestive systems as well as helping with emotional or mental stresses will be incorporated. Exercises for constipation are a common focus.
We work with several associated healthcare professionals so a final part of the Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation may involve a referral for further assistance.
