Boxing Class

 

Had a bad day at the office and want to take your frustrations out with a few friends then why not try the Balanced Fitness New Boxing Class. 

 

  • Improve confidence & self esteem.
  • Tone your arms, stomach and bum.
  • Improve your balance & core strength.

 

What we do in a class;

 

  • Focus Pad Drills.
  • Shadow Boxing.
  • Slam Man.
  • Boxing Technique.
  • Core Training. 
  • 3 minute rounds High Intensity Rounds.

 

Class Size

 

At Balanced Fitness we strive to provide a unique experience with the best possible service.  To allow us to provide our high standards we limit our class sizes to a maximum of 6 people.  This allows our boxing class instructor to spend more time on you perfecting technique and maximising results.

 

Cost:

 

Classes of 6 people - £7.50 per session (60 minute session)

 

Block of 6 sessions - £40
