You will learn to use exercises that are fun and challenging and develop the qualities needed to create a strong, healthy, fit, aesthetically pleasing, coordinated, functional and pain-free body!
Your exercise programme will concentrate on the abdominals, neck, shoulder and lower back to provide the training stimulus to improve your nervous system function, posture and joint function, supplement work and sports performance, and simply help you feel better!
You will always be encouraged to exercise through a larger and more functional range of motion providing greater effort for less time, as well as being safe and effective.
You will learn how to use exercise equipment such as the Swiss Ball, kettlebells and the Power Plate that is used by neurological rehabilitation specialists and physiotherapists with programs for those that are exercise beginners up to athletes.
